1. Software Products

Once a software license, subscription, or activation key has been issued or the setup process has been initiated, the order cannot be canceled.

  • Before activation: You may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase if the software license or installation has not yet been activated or delivered.

  • After activation or download: Cancellations are not permitted once access credentials, installation files, or activation keys are shared.

  • Subscription renewals: To avoid unwanted charges, please ensure you cancel your software subscription before the renewal date. Renewal fees are non-refundable once processed.

2. Physical Products

For physical products (e.g., devices, hardware, accessories, or merchandise):

  • Order cancellation window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Post-dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed. You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.

  • Custom or made-to-order items: Cancellation is not allowed after order confirmation, as these items are prepared specifically for you.
