1. Return Eligibility

a. Physical Products

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and invoices.

b. Software / Digital Products

Software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, and digital downloads are non-returnable once the license key, activation code, or download link has been delivered.

However, you may be eligible for a refund or reactivation in the following cases:

  • The product could not be activated due to a technical issue from our end.

  • The license key delivered was invalid or non-functional.

  • Duplicate payment was made for the same product.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Software once activated, installed, or downloaded.

  • Opened or used physical items not found defective.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper installation.

  • Products purchased under “Clearance,” “Final Sale,” or “Non-Returnable” category.

3. Return Procedure

Step 1: Contact Support

Email us at support@istoremart.com within the return window (7 days for physical goods; 48 hours for software issues).
Include your order number, reason for return, and (for physical items) photos or videos showing the issue.

Step 2: Approval & Pickup

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

  • For physical items – we will arrange pickup or provide return shipping instructions.

  • For software – we may request remote verification or logs to confirm technical issues.

Step 3: Inspection & Refund

After receiving and inspecting the item or verifying the software issue:

  • Approved physical returns – Refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Approved software cases – Refund will be issued only after confirmation of license deactivation or technical fault.

Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the order.

4. Shipping & Handling

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

  • In such cases, istoremart.com will bear the shipping charges.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch or activation only.

  • Once a software license or activation link has been issued, cancellation or refund is not possible.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges for physical items are allowed only for identical replacements (same model/product).

  • If the item is out of stock, a full refund or alternate product may be offered.
